The VIP Plus Package combines everything in our VIP Package with a weekly semester group class, giving you the fastest possible path to development. Train one-on-one with Olia on your personal goals, then reinforce your skills alongside other students in a structured group environment.
20 hours of private instruction (valid for 24 months), a stretching and strength workbook, the Akroguru acrobatics theory workbook, level cards 1–5, and a splits tracking card — plus one weekly group class for a full semester (autumn or spring). Choose any semester class that matches your age and level.
Private sessions give you targeted, personalised coaching on your specific goals. Group classes add regular weekly practice, social motivation, and the chance to apply your skills in a dynamic training environment. Together, they create a training rhythm that keeps development consistent and momentum strong.
Package students typically progress 2–3 times faster than students in group classes alone. With the VIP Plus Package, you get the best of both worlds — dedicated one-on-one attention and the energy of training with peers.
When you purchase the VIP Plus Package, you select a weekly semester class that fits your age and level. You attend that class as part of the regular semester group — same schedule, same progression, same community. The semester group class is included in the package price at no additional cost.

Handstands and hand balancing — From your first wall-supported handstand through to freestanding balance, handstand walking, and handstand variations. Correct alignment, balance technique, and progressive strength development.
Floor acrobatics — Cartwheels, arabesques, walkovers, back handsprings, butterflies, aerials, and movement sequences — every skill broken down step by step with professional spotting and safety.
Flexibility and mobility — Safe, structured programmes for front and side splits, backbends, and bridges. Active and passive flexibility training tailored to your body and starting level.
Aerial acrobatics — Static trapeze technique, fabric/silks work, strength building for aerial skills, proper grip, and creative transitions and combinations.
Strength and conditioning — Acrobatics-focused core, upper body, and leg conditioning. Injury prevention and progressive loading to support your skill goals.
Fear and mental block work — Clean techniques for overcoming mental barriers on specific skills. Gradual progression that rebuilds confidence — we break tricks into small parts and address individual gaps in technique.
Performance and competition preparation — Choreography refinement, stage confidence, technique details, and endurance development for students preparing for shows, competitions, or professional performance.
Personalised home practice — Every student receives a tailored practice programme between sessions, with clear instructions so your development continues when you leave the studio.
No previous experience required.
Private lessons are open to all skill levels — from complete beginners to advanced athletes.
Age: 7 years and older. Children can attend independently; a parent should be reachable by phone. Teens (16+) participate independently.
Health: Report all injuries, health conditions, or physical limitations on the intake form before your first session. Inform the instructor immediately of any pain or discomfort during training. Private lessons do not replace physiotherapy — consult your doctor about injury rehabilitation before booking.
Clothing: Fitted athletic wear (leggings and a fitted shirt work well). No jewellery. Long hair tied back. Train barefoot — no socks or shoes on the studio floor.
What to bring: Water bottle. Optionally, a notebook if you'd like to write down your home practice instructions.
Before your first session: New students complete a short online intake form before their first lesson. The form covers your goals, experience, and any health information. It takes 2–3 minutes and helps Olia prepare a session plan designed specifically for you.
Group class enrolment: When booking your VIP Plus Package, you'll select your preferred weekly semester class. Class availability is subject to open spots — we recommend booking early to secure your preferred schedule.
