What to expect

This is where it begins. The Akroguru Intensive Workshop strips acrobatics down to its essentials and gives you a clear, honest map of how to move forward — safely, effectively, and with real results.

Over three focused sessions totalling six hours, you'll dive into the theory behind acrobatics, understand how your body works in motion, and build a training approach that's specific to you. This isn't a one-size-fits-all experience. By the end of the workshop, you'll know exactly where your strengths lie, what needs work, and which skills to prioritise to reach your personal goals.

Olia guides each session with the same precision and care she brings to her private coaching — expect honest feedback, structured progressions, and a studio atmosphere that's as supportive as it is ambitious.

Bring a friend. The €73 student-and-friend rate applies when you register together (regular price €89).

Enter discount code BRING-A-FRIEND at checkout when booking for 1 current and 1 new student.

Skills learned

  • Acrobatics theory and the principles behind safe, effective training
  • How to read and develop your own body — strengths, limitations, and potential
  • Proper technique for fundamental skills and common corrections
  • Handstand foundations and progressions
  • How to structure your own practice for real results
  • Goal-setting: building a personal training roadmap
  • Strength conditioning and stretching techniques that support acrobatics
  • The mental side — learning to try, fail, and progress without fear

Prerequisites

Must be able to perform a forward somersault and feel comfortable pushing off into a handstand (even briefly). The single most important thing we ask: come motivated, open to trying new things, and okay with not getting everything right away. That willingness matters more than where you're starting from.

At home, all they've talked about today is you and doing tricks—your professionalism really showed all the way here at home!
It was an absolutely amazing class, the girls were over the moon when they told us at home how fun it was 👌 absolutely wonderful!! Thank you so much.
Not everyone needs to become acrobats, but it was an absolutely amazing experience for them and they really liked you, and that success and joy.
Here at home, all they've talked about today is you and doing tricks—your professionalism really showed all the way here at home even though we haven't even met yet.
A thousand thanks!
