What to expect

Start Your Acrobatics Journey

Floor/Aerial Acrobatics Basics is the perfect entry point for kids and teens who want to explore circus arts. This all-ages class introduces both floor acrobatics (handstands, cartwheels, rolls) and aerial elements (trapeze and fabric basics) in a welcoming, non-intimidating environment.

Built for Adult Learners

Unlike classes designed for children, this program recognizes that adult learners need different pacing, clearer explanations, and acknowledgment that learning physical skills as an adult comes with unique challenges. We create an atmosphere where it's okay to be a beginner, regardless of your age.

Balanced Curriculum

Each 60-minute class balances floor work with aerial exploration. You'll develop foundational acrobatic skills on the ground while also getting introduced to the thrill of aerial apparatus. This variety keeps classes engaging and allows you to discover which elements excite you most.

No Experience Necessary

This is a true beginner class. We start from the ground up (literally!), teaching proper technique for basic movements before progressing to more complex skills. Everyone in this class is learning together, creating a supportive peer environment.
