What to expect

Acrobatics for Adults Who Crave Challenge

Adult Advanced Acrobatics is not your average fitness class. This 90-minute session is designed for adults (16+) who want to push their physical limits, master impressive skills, and experience the unique combination of strength, flexibility, and artistry that acrobatics demands.

Who This Class Is For

If you practice yoga, CrossFit, gymnastics, dance, or martial arts and you're looking for a new physical challenge, this class is your next step. We welcome adults with movement experience who are ready to learn handstands, backbends, aerials, and more complex acrobatic skills in a supportive adult environment.

Beyond Basic Fitness

This isn't a beginner-friendly intro class. We move quickly, expect students to have body awareness and physical conditioning, and focus on skills that require genuine commitment to master. Think press handstands, standing backbends, aerial fabric climbs, and partner acrobatics.

The Adult Advantage

Adults bring cognitive understanding and goal-oriented focus that accelerates learning. While children learn through play, adults can understand progressions, analyze technique, and systematically work toward specific goals. We leverage these advantages while building the physical capacity the skills require.

Class Structure

Extended 90-minute format allows for proper warm-up (15 min), intensive skill work (50 min), strength/flexibility conditioning (15 min), and cool-down (10 min). Sunday morning timing perfect for dedicated weekend training.

  • Backbends and standing backbends from floor

At home, all they've talked about today is you and doing tricks—your professionalism really showed all the way here at home!

Not everyone needs to become acrobats, but it was an absolutely amazing experience for them and they really liked you, and that success and joy.
Here at home, all they've talked about today is you and doing tricks—your professionalism really showed all the way here at home even though we haven't even met yet.
