Private lessons are fully customized one-on-one or paired sessions with Olia, designed around what you want to achieve. Whether you're taking your first steps into acrobatics, working toward a specific skill breakthrough, or preparing for competition, every minute of your session is focused entirely on you.
Each lesson begins with a brief assessment and goal-setting conversation, followed by intensive, hands-on training tailored to your current level and objectives. Olia designs a personalized progression plan, adjusting in real time based on your body, your confidence, and your progress. Between sessions, you'll receive a customized home practice routine so your development continues beyond the studio.
Private lessons are available as individual sessions or shared with a partner — a friend, sibling, or parent-child pair — for a semi-private experience that still delivers focused, personal attention. Morning slots, weekday afternoons, and flexible weekend times make it easy to find a session that fits your schedule.
Sessions are available as single bookings or in discounted 3- and 5-session packages. Package students typically progress 2–3× faster than in group settings alone, making packages the best value for committed training.
Handstands & hand balancing — From your first kick-up against the wall through to a free-standing hold, walking on hands, and handstand variations. Proper alignment, balance technique, and progressive strength building.
Floor acrobatics — Cartwheels, round-offs, walkovers, back handsprings, aerials, and tumbling sequences — each skill broken down step by step with professional spotting and safety.
Flexibility & mobility — Safe, structured protocols for front splits, middle splits, backbends, and bridges. Active and passive flexibility training tailored to your body and starting point.
Aerial acrobatics — Static trapeze technique, fabric/silks work, strength building for aerial skills, proper grip, and creative transitions and combinations.
Strength & conditioning — Acrobatics-specific core, upper body, and leg conditioning. Injury prevention exercises and progressive overload designed to support your skill goals.
Fear & mental block resolution — Patient, proven techniques for overcoming mental barriers on specific skills. Gradual progression that rebuilds confidence — whether returning from injury, working through anxiety about a particular trick, or breaking through a long-standing plateau.
Performance & competition preparation — Routine choreography and refinement, performance confidence, technique detailing, and stamina building for students preparing for showcases, competitions, or professional performance.
Personalised home practice — Every student receives a customized exercise and drill routine to practise between sessions, with clear instructions so progress doesn't stop when you leave the studio.
No prior experience required.
Private lessons are open to all ages and all experience levels — from complete beginners to advanced athletes.
Age: Students ages 7 and up are welcome. Children may be dropped off, with a parent available by phone. Adults (16+) attend independently.
Health: Please disclose all injuries, health conditions, or physical limitations on the intake form before your first session. Inform the instructor immediately of any pain or discomfort during training. Private lessons are not a substitute for physical therapy — please consult your doctor for injury rehabilitation before booking.
What to wear: Fitted athletic clothing (leggings and a close-fitting shirt work well). No jewelry. Long hair tied back. Train barefoot — no socks or shoes on the studio floor.
What to bring: A water bottle. Optionally, a notebook if you'd like to write down your home practice drills.
Before the first session: New students complete a brief online intake form before their first lesson, sharing goals, experience level, and any relevant health information. This takes 2–3 minutes and helps Olia prepare a session plan designed specifically for you. Please fill out the form in advance.
