What to expect

More personal than a group class. More social than a private lesson.

Small group sessions cap at just four students, giving you focused, individualized instruction in a shared training environment. It's the sweet spot — enough personal attention to work on your specific goals, with the energy and motivation of training alongside others.

Each 90-minute session is fully customizable. The instructor tailors the content to each student's level and objectives, whether that means skill mastery, competition preparation, fear management, or accelerated progression. Because the group is small, beginners and more experienced students can train in the same session — everyone works on their own challenges with direct guidance and hands-on spotting.

Small group dates are announced in advance. Everybody can join — no semester commitment required.

Skills learned

Acrobatic fundamentals & progressions — Floor acrobatics tailored to your level — from rolls, cartwheels, and handstands for beginners through to walkovers, back handsprings, and tumbling combinations for more advanced students. Every skill is broken down into safe, progressive steps.

Handstands & hand balancing — Wall progressions, alignment drills, balance training, and strengthening exercises that build toward confident free-standing handstands. One of the most popular goals for both youth and adult students.

Strength & conditioning — Acrobatics-specific conditioning — core stability, upper body strength, leg power, and the body control needed to support skill development. Tailored to each student's starting point.

Flexibility & mobility — Structured stretching for splits, bridges, backbends, and overall range of motion. Safe protocols that respect individual anatomy and build progressively over time.

Fear & mental block work — A safe, low-pressure environment to work through anxiety about specific skills. Gradual progression, patient coaching, and proven confidence-building techniques — without the peer comparison of a larger class.

Performance & competition prep — Routine refinement, technique detailing, stamina building, and stage confidence for students preparing for competitions, showcases, or performance opportunities.

Not everyone needs to become acrobats, but it was an absolutely amazing experience for them and they really liked you, and that success and joy.
