The Spring Mini Acro Course is an 8-week course that gives children ages 5–6 the perfect opportunity to try circus acrobatics in a relaxed Sunday group.
This is the same Mini Acro that children love in their weekday classes — but as a shorter course that works brilliantly as a first experience or as extra training alongside existing classes. Through a playful, age-appropriate approach, children learn their first real tumbling skills: forward and backward rolls, bridges, cartwheels, and supported handstands and headstands. Every skill is taught through games, obstacle courses, and creative movement — because at this age, the best learning happens when it doesn't feel like a lesson.
Over the course of eight weeks, children develop body awareness, spatial orientation, and the motor foundations that support every sport and activity they might pursue later. They also practise following instructions in a group, taking turns, and participating independently — skills that matter far beyond the studio.
The course is designed for both new students trying acrobatics for the first time and current Mini Acro students who want extra weekend training. The instructor assesses each child's readiness during the first classes and ensures everyone progresses at their own pace.
Parents must stay on the premises during class but are not in the training space — giving your child the room to grow while keeping you close by.
Classes run Sundays 11:00–11:45 for 8 weeks (April 12 – May 31, 2026).

The Spring Mini Acro Course builds the same physical and cognitive foundations taught in the semester Mini Acro programme — all delivered through play, exploration, and age-appropriate challenge.
Forward and backward rolls — learning to tuck, rotate, and control momentum safely
Back flexibility — building back flexibility, arm strength, and body awareness
Cartwheels — developing coordination, weight transfer, and spatial orientation
Handstands and headstands — first experiences being upside down with support, building comfort and strength
Circus props introduction — juggling scarves and balls, balance equipment, and other tools that develop hand-eye coordination and focus
Body awareness and spatial orientation — understanding where their body is in space and how to control it
Motor skill development — jumping, climbing, crawling, walking on low beams, and navigating obstacle courses
Independence and confidence — following instructions without a parent present, waiting for their turn, and the joy of achievement
No previous experience is needed — just a child who is ready to participate independently. Your child should be able to follow instructions in a group setting, feel comfortable without a parent in the room, and engage with other children and the instructor.
The course also suits current Mini Acro students looking for extra Sunday training.
One important note: parents must remain on the premises for the entire class, but you won't be in the training space itself — this is your child's time to shine on their own.
