AVAILABLE IN FINNISH ONLY — Build strength foundation for acrobatics with 12 months of progressive exercises. Core strength, upper body development, leg strength and power, injury prevention exercises, and monthly benchmarks. Ages 10+. Pick up booklet from studio.
